SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY FEES & CHARGES

We will provide free delivery above orders over RM75. Minor charges will apply for orders below RM75 depending on distance and delivery service provider. We would recommend delivery within 10km radius from our premise. Self-collection is also possible.

DELIVERY DURATION

Pre-order time recommended. We will prepare your order/s once received. Items will be delivered to your doorstep either in the next 1 working day or soonest possible, whichever comes first. If it involves a specified day and time, we will try our best to adhere to it.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase immediate after product/s received, you can send the defective product/s back to us, no question asked.

CRITERIA

Returns must be made within 1 working day (24 hours) from date of goods received.

Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt. Return charges to be borne by the client.

PROCEDURE

Please contact us before returning the item so that return process will proceed accordingly. Please allow up to 3 working days (72 hours) for the refund to be processed. We will inform accordingly via either email or phone.

All product/s is to be sent back to our outlet at the address below this page.

All products purchased within this page will be produced up to the mentioned specifications. We always try our best to meet our clients' needs.

Please get in touch with us should there is a need to purchase multiple products for a catering function, we will assist you to choose the best options for your event.

Any product/s pre-order cancellations must be done at least 1 working day (24 hours) in advance. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days (72 hours). However, if any of the purchased product/s already in progress of completion before delivery time, we will charge the full rate for the product/s and deliver accordingly but any product/s purchased online yet to be prepared will be refunded completely with the agreed methods, either by Pay Pal or Bank Transfer, with the transfer charges charged by the transfer service provider to be borne by the client/s, if any.

Any other requests not found in this Blog Shop will be charged according to a pre-determined rate agreed between us and the client/s.

Should there be any unforseen circumstances whereby the delivery personnel suffers from injuries and/or also resulting in the purchased products deemed undeliverable to the client at the requested time of delivery. We will not be responsible for this unforetold event but we will be responsible to arrange replacement product/s to be delivered soonest possible.

Delivery times are subject to delivery personnel availability, road traffic conditions, weather conditions etc.

Prices are in MYR currency (Ringgit Malaysia) and Credit Card purchase payment charges are borne by us.
